We chose the PayBuddy (Canadian Payroll) Suite App to integrate with our Canadian Netsuite instance to enable us to manage our own payroll and provide us the easy flexibility to make changes as needed. It was a great alternative to using a payroll service for our small business. Our PayBuddy implementation team has been excellent to work with from the start of implementation through supporting us after “go live”. They have been very responsive throughout the whole process. We have experienced a few hiccups post go-live for various reasons and they have continually made themselves available immediately to support our needs. Our payroll processing time is now much shorter compared to our legacy ERP system – it has saved us significant time every week.

Our payroll requirements are unique as a seasonal business, we were ADP customers for 20 years on an archaic platform that was not integrated to our accounting system and had to be upgraded. We switched to PayBuddy, taking payroll in-house. PayBuddy adds value to our overall operations, saves time/effort, and creates efficiency by having everything within the NetSuite platform. We have much better costing data, the flexibility of making changes in-house, and we have saved in payroll processing costs. The development team met and understood our requirements, built out the system to our specifications, and really went above in providing solutions/support for difficult to solve for issues related to existing payroll parameters based on collective agreements in place. Overall, a great relief and much better system in place for payroll processing. We are very happy with our results!
