Define the project plan

Get aligned on Project Objectives
Design
Determine the Functional scope by conducting a Business Requirements Discussion and Documentation workshop.
Document any gaps, customization and development requirements
Configure
Based on the agreed upon functional Scope, the Project team starts configuring the application to meet the business needs
Test
Conduct a “User Application test” (UAT). Ascertain feedback for any “tweaks” or changes
Optimize
Perform “tweaks” and changes based on feedback received during the previous phase.
Train
Train Customer team. (Train the trainer)
Go Live
Provide support during Go live activities
Transition to Support
Assist the customer with transition to regular support. (see our Zoho Support Services page for more details)
